Report Sections

The audit report is assembled from multiple sections, each covering a different aspect of the engagement. LOQI provides a structured editor for composing the report.

Report structure

A typical LOQI audit report includes these sections:

Editing sections

Each section has a rich text editor where you can:

  • Write or paste content
  • Format text (headings, bold, italic, lists)
  • Add or edit AI-generated content
  • View citations to source documents

Report metadata

In addition to sections, the report includes:

  • Overall rating — Your overall assessment (e.g., Satisfactory, Needs Improvement, Unsatisfactory)
  • Classification — Confidentiality level
  • Report dates — Fieldwork end, draft to auditee, draft to management
  • Scope limitations — Any constraints on the audit
