Report Sections
The audit report is assembled from multiple sections, each covering a different aspect of the engagement. LOQI provides a structured editor for composing the report.
Report structure
A typical LOQI audit report includes these sections:

| Opinion Statement | The auditor's overall assessment |

| Critical Recommendations | Priority actions for management |
| Sampling Methodology | How samples were selected and tested |
| Positive Observations | Things that are working well |
Editing sections
Each section has a rich text editor where you can:
- Write or paste content
- Format text (headings, bold, italic, lists)
- Add or edit AI-generated content
- View citations to source documents
Report metadata
In addition to sections, the report includes:
- Overall rating — Your overall assessment (e.g., Satisfactory, Needs Improvement, Unsatisfactory)
- Classification — Confidentiality level
- Report dates — Fieldwork end, draft to auditee, draft to management
- Scope limitations — Any constraints on the audit
