Sign-offs

Before a report can be issued, it requires formal sign-offs from designated individuals. LOQI tracks three levels of approval.

Sign-off levels

Setting up sign-offs

  1. Click Initialize Sign-offs in the Reporting tab
  2. Assign a person to each level
  3. Each assignee receives a notification

Signing the report

When it's your turn to sign:

  1. Review the report content
  2. Click Sign next to your level
  3. Your name and the date are recorded
  4. The next level is notified

Sign-offs proceed in order — Prepared by must be signed before Reviewed by, and so on.
