Sign-offs
Before a report can be issued, it requires formal sign-offs from designated individuals. LOQI tracks three levels of approval.
Sign-off levels
| Level | Role | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Prepared by | Lead Auditor | Confirms the work is complete and accurate |
| Reviewed by | Supervisor | Confirms the work has been reviewed |
| Approved by | Manager / CAE | Authorizes the report for issuance |
Setting up sign-offs
- Click Initialize Sign-offs in the Reporting tab
- Assign a person to each level
- Each assignee receives a notification
Signing the report
When it's your turn to sign:
- Review the report content
- Click Sign next to your level
- Your name and the date are recorded
- The next level is notified
Sign-offs proceed in order — Prepared by must be signed before Reviewed by, and so on.
What's next
- Export & Issuance — Export the report and formally issue it
