Action Tracker

The Action Tracker monitors remediation actions from audit findings through to closure. Management updates progress while auditors verify completion.

How it works

  1. When a finding is created, an agreed action is established with a responsible person and due date
  2. The action appears in the Action Tracker
  3. Management updates progress and uploads evidence of completion
  4. Auditors verify the action is adequately addressed
  5. The action is closed

Action statuses

StatusDescription
OpenAction created, remediation not yet started
In ProgressManagement is working on it
ImplementedManagement claims completion — awaiting verification
VerifiedAuditor confirms the action is complete
ClosedFully resolved
OverduePast the due date without completion

The action portal

Management and process owners can update their actions via a secure external portal — no LOQI account needed:

  1. They receive an email with a link to their action items
  2. They can view the finding details and required actions
  3. They upload evidence of completion
  4. They mark items as implemented

Tracking progress

The Action Tracker dashboard shows:

  • Total open actions by severity
  • Overdue items
  • Actions by responsible person
  • Trend over time

Escalation

Overdue actions can trigger notifications to management. The escalation rules are configurable in Settings.
