Organization Settings
Organization settings control how LOQI works for your team. These settings are managed by users with Manager or CAE roles.
General settings
- Organization name — Your organization's display name
- Language — The primary language for AI-generated content (English, German, Spanish, or Portuguese)
- Feature flags — Enable or disable specific LOQI features for your organization
Team management
View and manage your organization's members:
- See all active users with their roles and email addresses
- Change user roles
- Invite new users
- Remove users from the organization
Inviting users
- Go to Settings → Organization
- Click Invite User
- Enter the person's email and select their role
- They receive an email invitation to join your organization
- Invitations expire after 30 days
Security settings
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) — Enable MFA for your organization
- Session management — Configure session duration and timeout
Risk factor settings
Customize the risk factors used in your Audit Universe:
- Go to Settings → Risk Factors
- Add, edit, or disable risk factors
- Set weights for each factor
- Changes apply to future risk assessments
Escalation rules
Configure automatic notifications for overdue actions:
- Go to Settings → Escalation Rules
- Define when notifications are sent (e.g., 7 days before due, on due date, 14 days overdue)
- Set who receives notifications
AI usage dashboard
Monitor your organization's AI usage:
- View API call counts by feature
- Track costs over time
- See usage by team member
