Organization Settings

Organization settings control how LOQI works for your team. These settings are managed by users with Manager or CAE roles.

General settings

  • Organization name — Your organization's display name
  • Language — The primary language for AI-generated content (English, German, Spanish, or Portuguese)
  • Feature flags — Enable or disable specific LOQI features for your organization

Team management

View and manage your organization's members:

  • See all active users with their roles and email addresses
  • Change user roles
  • Invite new users
  • Remove users from the organization

Inviting users

  1. Go to SettingsOrganization
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter the person's email and select their role
  4. They receive an email invitation to join your organization
  5. Invitations expire after 30 days

Security settings

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) — Enable MFA for your organization
  • Session management — Configure session duration and timeout

Risk factor settings

Customize the risk factors used in your Audit Universe:

  1. Go to SettingsRisk Factors
  2. Add, edit, or disable risk factors
  3. Set weights for each factor
  4. Changes apply to future risk assessments

Escalation rules

Configure automatic notifications for overdue actions:

  1. Go to SettingsEscalation Rules
  2. Define when notifications are sent (e.g., 7 days before due, on due date, 14 days overdue)
  3. Set who receives notifications

AI usage dashboard

Monitor your organization's AI usage:

  • View API call counts by feature
  • Track costs over time
  • See usage by team member
