Workpapers
A workpaper documents all the work performed for a procedure — the testing sheet, results, exceptions, evidence, and your conclusion.
The testing sheet
The testing sheet is a grid where rows are sample items and columns are testing attributes:
- Click a cell to record the result: Pass, Fail, or N/A
- Failed cells are highlighted and prompt you to document an exception
- Progress is tracked automatically as you fill in results
Recording results
For each sample item, test each attribute and record:
| Result | When to use |
|---|---|
| Pass | The item meets the attribute criteria |
| Fail | The item does not meet the criteria — creates an exception |
| N/A | The attribute is not applicable to this item |
Procedure conclusion
After completing all tests:
- Review your exceptions and overall results
- Write or generate a conclusion summarizing your work
- Click Draft Conclusion to have AI generate a conclusion based on your test results
- Edit the draft as needed
Submitting for review
When your workpaper is complete:
- Change the procedure status to Testing Complete
- A supervisor reviews the workpaper, testing sheet, and conclusion
- They can approve the procedure or send it back for rework
Attaching evidence
Link supporting documents to your procedure:
- Click Evidence in the procedure detail
- Upload files or link to engagement documents already in LOQI
- Evidence is attached to the workpaper record
