Audit Log

The audit log provides an immutable record of significant actions taken in LOQI. It is accessible to Managers and CAEs.

What's logged

The audit log automatically captures:

  • Document uploads and deletions (both library and engagement documents)
  • User role changes (promotions, demotions)
  • Engagement creation, archival, and deletion
  • Authentication events (login, logout, failed login attempts)
  • Finding status transitions
  • Report review submissions and approvals

Viewing the log

  1. Navigate to SettingsAudit Log
  2. Browse entries chronologically (newest first)
  3. Each entry shows:
    • Timestamp — When the action occurred
    • User — Who performed the action
    • Action type — What was done
    • Details — Specific context (what changed, what was affected)

Immutability

The audit log is append-only — entries cannot be edited or deleted. This ensures a trustworthy record for compliance and oversight purposes.

Filtering

Use filters to narrow the log:

  • Date range — Show entries within a specific period
  • Action type — Filter by category (document, user, engagement, auth)
  • User — Show actions by a specific person
