Annual Plan

The annual plan is this year's audit schedule — the subset of the strategic plan that will be executed in the current period.

Creating the annual plan

  1. Navigate to Annual Plan from the sidebar
  2. Entities scheduled for this year from the strategic plan appear automatically
  3. Add or remove entities as needed
  4. Set planned dates and assign lead auditors
  5. Approve the plan

Plan contents

Each entry in the annual plan shows:

  • Entity name — What will be audited
  • Risk level — Current risk score
  • Planned quarter — When the audit is scheduled
  • Lead auditor — Who will lead the engagement
  • Status — Not started, In progress, Completed

Starting an engagement from the plan

  1. Click on an annual plan entry
  2. Click Start Engagement
  3. LOQI creates a new engagement pre-filled with the entity details
  4. The plan entry is linked to the engagement and tracks its progress

Resource management

The Resources section helps you plan capacity:

  • View team members and their availability
  • See workload distribution across the year
  • Identify capacity conflicts before they happen

Archiving plans

At year end, archive the current annual plan:

  • Completed audits are marked as done
  • Deferred audits carry forward to the next year
  • The archived plan remains available for reference
